GymFit classes introduce adults to gymnastic-based strength training.These classes teach functional movement patterns to develop strength and mobility and prepare participants bodies for learning more complex gymnastic movements & skills.

AdultGym classes aim to teach adults basic acrobatic skills such as handstands, handsprings and somersaults.Participants are required to meet a minimum fitness level (through the GymFit program) before enrolling in the AdultGym class.
